"Bebes.comes Bairrada 2018 originated from a berry plot with about 30 years of slope and clay-limestone soils. The idea was to recreate the Baga profile that I remember tasting in small farmers who made wine for their own consumption at home. These wines were very light and delicate in color, with a moderate alcohol content and very fine and well-rounded acidity.They were mainly very elegant wines, easy to drink young, and that accompanied their daily meals.
it shows a vibrant violet color and very slight concentration. The aroma evoques mainly the primary fruit, with a highlight to the cherry and wild fruits well evolved in notes of moss. In the mouth, the acidity gives remarkable precision and freshness. The well-fused tannins provide good bottle longevity. It should be drunk just like my father, slightly cool (14 - 15 ºC).
